Legacy Package- $1,250

For legacy property owners, hunting camps, or investment lands. 10 hours of property immersion (up to 200 acres). Full whitetail land-use consultation. Drone overview video and trail mapping (if permitted by local law). Full season habitat and hunting plan- September-January. 2 follow-up calls (30 and 90 days). A Wild Spirits Outdoors Field Journal with custom notes, mapping, and strategy plan.

Tracker Package- $750

For the serious land steward or avid hunter. 4-hour site visit (up to 100 acres). Detailed aerial map review and planning of stand locations, access routes and wind strategy. Custom habitat recommendations: food plots, timber management, water sites. PDF Management Plan (within 7 business days of site walk). Follow up email check-in at 30 Days and 90 days.

This is boots-on-the-ground and brains-in-the-map strategy work for long term property management.
